If you can think it, you can shrink it

This project was initially created using the ephemeral and thermo-transformative material of flattened polystyrene, branded as Shrinky Dinks. In this continuing series, I have been exploring the chance encounter with an object in transformation, the intimacy and durability of an image and memory that can be held in the hand, the overall aesthetics of cuteness the material of the Shrinky Dink reveals, and what it means to produce an image intended to be minimized and shrunken.
